1. About the Service

ARUNASUN provides financial-product information, loan-assistance services and facilitation support. Services may include general product information, preliminary eligibility guidance, EMI and repayment illustrations, documentation support, enquiry handling, customer assistance and coordination with relevant banks, NBFCs, housing finance companies or other eligible financial institutions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific transaction, ARUNASUN is not the lender and does not independently sanction, underwrite or disburse loans. The relevant lender is solely responsible for its credit assessment, approval or rejection, interest rate, fees, loan amount, tenure, repayment terms, documentation and disbursement.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding arrangement and of providing the information you submit.
  • You must provide information for yourself or have lawful authority to act for the person or business concerned.
  • You must use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Lender Documents Govern the Loan

If a lender offers a financial product, the binding relationship is governed by the lender's official documentation. Before accepting a product, you should carefully review the lender's sanction letter, Key Facts Statement where applicable, loan agreement, repayment schedule and all disclosures relating to interest, annual percentage rate, processing fees, insurance, penal charges, foreclosure or prepayment, taxes and other costs.

Where there is any inconsistency between general information on the ARUNASUN website and final documentation issued by the lender, the lender's executed documentation will govern the lending transaction.

5. Information You Provide

You agree that information submitted through ARUNASUN will be accurate, current and not misleading.

7. Calculators, Eligibility Tools and Illustrations

EMI calculators, repayment tables, eligibility guides and other tools on the website are for general planning and educational use. They may use assumptions or values entered by the user and do not account for every lender fee, tax, insurance charge, rate reset, rounding convention or product condition.

9. Third-Party Lenders and Services

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs arising from your fraudulent or unlawful use of the website, deliberate violation of these Terms, or unauthorised submission of another person's information or documents.
